Every time we implement our system, we offer training for the product used, as well as the creation of work procedures, covering all the functions of the applications and how to use them for each component of the respective application.
Orientation session
As an integral part of the project’s initiation, this session will guide the system implementation team in aligning with the capabilities of the product you wish to utilize. It will also provide the client’s project team with comprehensive training, offering an overview of our system’s components to ensure a clear understanding of its functionality and potential.
Training of trainers
This service is intended for your staff who will train future employees and/or for advanced users who will provide support to end users.
As a rule, it is done during the testing phase, before the client’s approval, so this type of training provides time for the client to develop the training plan for the end user, as well as the necessary materials.
Training for the application's administrators
Training dedicated to those who will administer the system and database. It covers the basic functions of the administrative interface, as well as the functions operated by the program.
Training for end users
Although most implementations of our system are done in the “train the trainers” format, the service to deliver the training directly to the end users of the application is also available, at the client’s request.
